Zwei actionreiche Tage verbrachten die Jugendlichen aus Weppersdorf am 31. August und am 1. September bei der Feuerwehr. Seit einigen Jahren wird im Sp\u00e4tsommer ein sogenannter ACTION-DAY von der Feuerwehr veranstaltet. „Die Kinder sollen dabei spielerisch die Ger\u00e4te und das Aufgabengebiet der Feuerwehr kennen lernen und gleichzeitig Spa\u00df haben“, erz\u00e4hlt Kommandant OBI Klaus Kallinger die Idee dieses zweit\u00e4gigen Events. Und auch heuer ist das Konzept wieder voll aufgegangen. Spiele am Freitag und einen gem\u00fctlichen Grillabend und ein paar praktische \u00dcbungen am Samstag (beispielsweise wurde eine Saugleitung aufgebaut, ein Parcour musste mit Atemschutzger\u00e4t absolviert werden oder der Umgang mit dem Feuerwehr-Funkger\u00e4t wurden erprobt) boten auch heuer ein buntes Programm f\u00fcr die Jugendlichen. „Am Freitagabend hatten wir au\u00dferdem eine Pr\u00e4sentation \u00fcber die Jugendarbeit vorbereitet und haben diese interessierten Eltern vorgestellt. Die Eltern konnten heuer das erste Mal auch mit dabei sein und so die Arbeit der Feuerwehr kennen lernen“, erz\u00e4hlt Stefanie Fazekas vom Jugendbetreuerteam.<\/p>\n
